Who handles your data

What data, and what for

This site has no forms. Browsing it only collects statistical usage data, and only if you accept the analytics cookies (see Cookies).

Apart from that, personal data is only processed if you write to the contact address, and then it is whatever you put in the message (name, email and whatever you tell us).

It is used to reply to you and, if you end up booking, to manage the stay. The legal basis is your own request: pre-contractual steps and, after that, the accommodation contract.

Messages are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, after that, for as long as tax and accounting obligations require.

Who else sees it

Bookings are handled through Lodgify, which acts as the booking engine and payment provider. When you press the booking button you leave this site and carry on at checkout.lodgify.com, under its own terms and privacy policy.

If you accept the analytics cookies, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) receives the browsing data described in the cookies section, as data processor.

Beyond that, the data is not passed to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Third-party services the site loads

When the page opens, your browser requests some files from third parties, which means they receive your IP address:

None of them set cookies or are used to track you.

Cookies

This site only uses Google Analytics cookies, and only if you accept them in the notice shown when you arrive. They give us statistics on how many people visit the site, where they come from and which sections they look at. They are not used for advertising or profiling.

They are set by Google Ireland Limited as data processor. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent.

Your choice is kept in your browser's local storage for a year, so we don't ask again on every page. You can change it whenever you like, and if you withdraw consent the Google Analytics cookies are deleted:

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and also restrict or object to its processing and ask for portability, by writing to hola@aleirabecerril.com.

If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
